Ricoh UK, today announced the new 12 megapixel Ricoh GX200 digital compact camera to replace the current GX100. The LCD display size has been slightly increased to 2.7 inches. And, they have given their image processing ASIC a name - Smooth Imaging Engine III - just about everyone does is, so why not them?
